• Save $100 of any 10' x 10' Booth: When registered and deposit received by November 30, 2025

• Booth Location: Booth locations will assigned upon a first-come, first-served basis in the following order: Advanced Deposit, Past EHE Exhibitors, BACP Members, New Exhibitors.

• Booth Assignments: The Everything Home Expo Committee will assign booth assignments at the end of January 2026.  Disclaimer: The Builders Association of Central PA (BACP) reserves the right to decline any exhibitor request for space and the right to assign or otherwise relocate booth rental spaces as needed for the successful execution of the Expo.

• Valid Contract: Booth space(s) will not be reserved, held or assigned in any way without completed registration form, payment, and certificate of insurance.

• Deadline to Appear in Home Expo Digital Guide: January 15, 2026

Setup:

• Wednesday, March 4th |  1 PM – 5 PM (only day to use fork lift)

• Thursday, March 5th | 8 AM - 5 PM

• Friday, March 6th | 8 AM – 11 AM

Show Hours:

• Friday, March 6th  2 PM – 6 PM

• Saturday, March 7th   10 AM – 6 PM

• Sunday, March 8th 10 AM – 2 PM

Tear-Down:

• Sunday, March 8th after 2 PM (no early teardown)

• Booths must be removed by Monday, March 9th by 12:00 noon

Other Key Notes:

• Only painter’s tape allowed on floors — no duct tape

• Exhibitors are respnosible for providing their own cardboard, plywood or some type of support under exhibits with sharp edges and/or weighing over 100 lbs.

• Exhibitor pass required for entry (one per person working the booth)

• Forklift only available on Wednesday for setup

• All booths must stay within assigned boundaries

• All booths must be ready to go by March 6th by 12:00 noon
